Job Description:

A company is looking for a Privacy Analyst II (PCD/PWD).
Key Responsibilities

Conduct data mapping and maintain Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)
Perform Privacy and Data Protection Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA)
Monitor and respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and assist in privacy-related incident investigations

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of data protection regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA
Experience in managing privacy governance programs in a tech-driven environment
Technical skills, including hands-on experience with AI tools and automation
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to privacy challenges
Relevant privacy certifications such as IAPP, ISACA, or EXIN are a plus
