  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular for frontend and .NET (C#/.NET Core) for backend services.
  • Database Management: Create and optimize database schemas, write queries, and ensure data integrity and performance using SQL Server or equivalent database systems.
  • API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support platform functionalities and integrations.
  • Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices, optimizing application performance and security.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve issues across the entire stack to ensure smooth functionality and user experiences.
  • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the team.
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field; Masters or equivalent experience is a plus
    • 6+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
    • Frontend: Expertise in Angular with experience in TypeScript and Angular Material.
    • Backend: Strong experience with .NET (C#/.NET Core) for building APIs and web applications.
    • Database: Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) with experience in schema design and query optimization.
    • Development Tools: Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure would be plus
    • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
    • Knowledge of modern UI/UX design principles and tools.
    • Problem Solving: Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
