Job Description:

A company is looking for an Audit Project Manager I-IT to support the IT audit team and lead audit projects on internal operations.



Key Responsibilities

Assigns, supervises, and reviews audit projects while providing feedback and direction to auditors
Develops and executes audit procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Evaluates risk within the internal audit control system and creates action plans for unmitigated exposures



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in public accounting or bank internal auditing, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
Required designation as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Bank Auditor (CBA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Knowledge of internal and external laws, policies, and procedures regulating internal audit actions
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC Rules, and SOX Act
Preferred experience in IT General Controls and financial services auditing
