Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding and Bill Audit Product
Specialist to enhance healthcare solutions through coding and
clinical product development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clinical and coding products in collaboration with Medical
Directors and Innovation Teams
Analyze data to innovate claim selection methodologies and monitor
program performance
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for clinical policies
and coding review programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10+ years of experience auditing ICD 10 CM/PCS, MS-DRG, and
proficient with encoder products
Registered Nurse and/or Inpatient Coding Certification (e.g., CCS,
CIC, RHIA, RHIT) required
Expertise in Itemized Bill Review products
Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing and coding
audits
Ability to research and implement coding guidelines and regulatory
policies
